Free float steam trap
I. Introduction:
The CS11H free float type steam trap is an automatic valve, especially suitable for steam equipment with low pressure, low drainage volume, high requirements for temperature stability, and not suitable for retaining condensate. This product operates based on the principle of buoyancy, allowing the float inside the valve body to move up and down with changes in water level, thereby achieving the functions of valve opening and closing, namely draining water and blocking steam. It can drain continuously, has stable performance, large drainage volume, and small leakage. It can discharge continuous saturated water, resulting in less condensate retention in the equipment, faster temperature rise, and stable heating temperature. It is equipped with an automatic air exhaust device, no steam lock phenomenon, and operates smoothly without noise.
II. Structural Features:
